Illustrative Dental Lead-to-Booking Workflow
Illustrative scenario: a dental practice receives inquiries from paid campaigns, website forms, and phone calls, but the lead journey is not consistently visible after the first contact. Without a clear handoff, follow-up sequence, appointment status, and reporting view, it can be difficult to understand which inquiries were contacted, booked, attended, or moved toward treatment.

02 / Intervention
The work focused on the path forward.
Designed a proposed GoHighLevel workflow for capturing and organizing dental inquiries. The workflow includes lead-source capture, pipeline stages, automated first-response messages, staff follow-up tasks, appointment booking links, reminder messages, missed-appointment follow-up, and status reporting. The system is designed to connect marketing activity with the operational steps between first inquiry, booked appointment, attended appointment, and treatment discussion.
03 / Change
What can be measured and understood.
No verified client result. This is an internal demonstration draft. The measurement plan would track lead source, first-response status, contact attempts, appointment booking, appointment attendance, treatment discussion, and final disposition.

05 / Caveats
What this record does not claim.
- Internal demonstration only; not a client case study.
- No client results, revenue figures, conversion rates, or testimonials are being claimed.
- Workflow details depend on the practice's CRM setup, staff process, forms, phone system, booking system, and consent requirements.
